Can you pray the 4 sunnah or should we just pray 2 rakaats nafl for extra prayers.
3. What should we say when visiting the prophets mosque in Medinah?
4. Can men wear t-shirts whilst praying salaat?

Can a woman wear the veil whilst doing tawaaf
Women should wear the veil whenever they are around men who are not close relatives (husband - son - father - brother - nephew - son in law - father in law ) so the veil should be put on for TAWAF

Can you pray the 4 sunnah or should we just pray 2 rakaats nafl for extra prayers
Sunnah prayer is 2 RAKAA after the call for prayer (ATHAAN) and before every FARDH prayer - As for extra prayers (NAFILA) they are 2 RAKAA and they can be prayed whenever you feel like praying extras, whether during the day time or at night- Note: there is WATR prayer which is 1 RAKAA and it is Sunnah as well, its time is after ISHAA AND BEFORE FAJR

3. What should we say when visiting the prophets mosque in Medinah
Nothing specific, just ask blessing and peace from Allah to be upon him and ask God to reward him generously for his patience delivering the message of Allah to us

4. Can men wear t-shirts whilst praying salaat
What men and women should wear for the prayer should be covering the parts of the body that are supposed to be covered - Modest T-shirt and a pair of trousers are enough for men as long as they cover the body
